Bill Wheatley
Prior to becoming a mediator, William (“Bill”) Wheatley spent 29 years as a civil litigator.
His practice was devoted to representing entities and individuals in a myriad of cases including catastrophic injury, business disputes, employment disputes, products liability, personal injury, government liability and subrogation claims.
Having represented both defendants (approximately 60% of the time) and plaintiffs (approximately 40% of the time), Bill is able to quickly grasp the issues relating to each side of a dispute.
He is creative, persistent, and has the temperament that is necessary to help parties find a path to resolution that is fair, reasonable, and in everyone’s best interests.
The key to his exceptional success rate was summed up by one attorney as follows: "He cares and he prepares."
